Most licences are annual however starter licences can be for a minimum of 3 months. Clients subscribing to a multi-year licence receive a significant discount.

Yes, we provide subsidised fees for verified not-for-profit organisations.

Implementation can be in as little as a few days. Our standard implementation includes all configuration of your site with your branding and custom URL. The onboarding training program includes:

  • 1 x 90-minute to understand the system and consultations.
  • 1 x 60-minute session to review Stakeholder Relationship Management System
  • 1 x 60-minute session to review Reporting

You can also add on additional services during and post implementation such as importing stakeholders, bespoke team training, newsletter template creation and project set up.

  • Our Technical Help Desk Team are there to assist you with troubleshooting technical enquiries. They are highly responsive and knowledgeable. Depending on the support you choose, the Technical team are available to you in AEST business hours or 24/7.

Only your administrators have access to your data. This is critical to safeguarding clients and their stakeholders’ data. Our ISO 27001 accredited private server is located in Sydney, Australia and is provided by AWS Managed Services.
