Shire of Mundaring is a local government located in the hills east of Perth in Western Australia. With a population dispersed across a large land area, the team were keen to investigate new ways to engage with their community.
After analysing various options on the market based on functionality, value for money and customer service, Engagement Hub was selected as their preferred software.
Implementation of the software was simple and included several in-house training sessions for staff as the Shire knew it was critical to the success of the platform to have buy-in across the organisation, particularly in service areas that frequently consult such as planning, building and recreation.
